Information collected on this website

When you contact Veyviz or request a walkthrough, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, company, phone number, camera scope and the operational problem you want to discuss.

The website also records limited, cookie-free interaction events such as page views, product actions and calls-to-action. These events contain the page path and action label, not form contents or a persistent advertising identifier. Standard hosting logs may contain an IP address, browser type and request time for security and service reliability.

Camera and product data

The public website and interactive product experience use demonstration content. They do not connect to your cameras.

For an actual pilot or deployment, camera access, evidence, users, retention, processing locations and integrations are documented with the customer before activation. The customer remains responsible for notices, lawful monitoring areas and access policies at its sites. Deployment-specific terms, security documentation and a data processing agreement are available during review.

How information is used and the lawful bases

  • Respond to enquiries, assess camera compatibility and take steps requested before a pilot or contract.
  • Provide product, security, partner or careers information requested by you.
  • Protect the website, investigate abuse and maintain reliable services.
  • Understand which website journeys are useful without behavioural advertising.
  • Meet accounting, regulatory and other legal obligations.

Depending on the activity, Quadbridge relies on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in answering business enquiries, improving its services and protecting its systems. Where consent is the appropriate basis, it may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Veyviz does not sell personal information and does not use the website for third-party behavioural advertising.

How long information is kept

Website enquiry records are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. A record connected to a customer contract may be retained for the contract term and up to seven years afterwards where needed for tax, accounting or legal claims. Cookie-free website measurement events are normally retained for up to 90 days. Security logs are normally retained for up to 12 months unless an incident requires longer investigation.

Pilot and deployment evidence follows the retention selected in the customer agreement and is deleted or returned at the end of the service as agreed. Information may be retained longer where law requires it, a dispute is active, or deletion would prevent the establishment or defence of legal claims.

Sharing and international transfers

Information may be handled by authorised Quadbridge personnel and service providers needed for hosting, business email, product infrastructure, support and professional advice. Providers receive only the information needed for their work and are required to protect it. Deployment-specific subprocessors and processing locations are disclosed during the security review.

Quadbridge is established in India and supports international customers. Where information is transferred from the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction that restricts international transfers, Quadbridge uses the transfer mechanism required for that relationship, such as an adequacy arrangement, approved contractual clauses or another legally recognised safeguard. A copy or explanation of the relevant safeguard can be requested using the contact details below.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information, receive a portable copy, or object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or to protect legitimate legal interests.

This website currently does not set advertising or analytics cookies. See the cookie notice for the current position.
